The place was packed and it was hard to get on slot machines and tables but we ventured downstairs and had our pick of machines. The last visit was for New Year's Eve and it was a blast. Grant it, it's harness racing which is not nearly as fun as watching the thoroughbreds run but you also have the option of betting on any of the races going on around the country. That's a whole story unto itself but the next night we went out to the casino and had a blast betting on the horses.
The first time we visited the night after we saw Bobby Weir perform solo at the F.M. We've been to the casino twice and both times had a great time. It's quick and easy between pulling levers and they often have drink specials. We particularly like the Bobby Flay's Burger Palace.
